The pool concept at the middle is very inviting. The initial smell when you first enter the room is very good. The staff is very hard working.

I think the location is quite far from main road.. the free buggy service help to cut the gap.. unfortunately when we stayed there the roads are under repair

The hotel itself is really nice. How it is organized is awesome. The staff is amazing. Breakfast! The breakfast was really nice! They cook a variety of eggs on demand, Pho Bo for breakfast. The rooms are spacious and the view to the inside of the hotel is amazing.

The road from the main street is annoying. There are dogs along the road to the hotel. I'm scared of dogs, so it wasn't a great experience. Yes, they do provide the tuk-tuk service, but you normally won't request it when you go to the hotel.

central location and 15 mins from the airport, dog was friendly and greeted us whenever we were around, massages were great!

location was deep in the alleyway, but there was a buggy to bring us to the main street.water temperature was a hit or miss for us. lots of mosquitos, but its located behind trees so not much you can do to fix that.

Beautiful hotel in Pam tree garden with a nice pool. They offer really good, professional massages at the spa. They can bring you any time you want to the beach or the street with many shops, restaurants and bars. Comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast.

We had a family villa and it was massive! Two levels and three bedrooms. Pool was great. Breakfast was excellent. Nice and quiet overnight. Heaps of restaurants in waking distance. We hired a car and the staff sorted a parking spot for us. You can a free golf cart to the beach. King Kong mart is probably a 20 minute walk

Nothing really. Great value for money

The property is super nice, full of palms. Every tiny house is super cozy and nice. The staff is so nice, always there to help you. They also provide laundry service, spa an scooter rental for very good prices. The breakfast is very good and diverse. We loved our stay here, totally recommend it. Not to mention the price which is absolutely great!

Overall really great value for money! Real benefit is the easy access to the beach with their golf cart available till 10pm. Breakfast was really good too, wish there was more variety but again you get what you pay for. The rooms were neat and tidy, aircon wasn't working that well but informed staff about it

Spacious room in great condition. The pool and garden were beautiful. Location was lovely and quiet.

The food was ok, but not great. I didn’t even try the dinner menu as it was very basic and didn’t appeal. There was no lunch available. A free shuttle down to the Main Street and beach would have been nice given the distance and heat.

Pretty butique hotel, a little bit away from Main Street. Nice swimming pool, cosy atmosphere, kind and profesional staf. Very good breakfast, realaxig and high quality hot stone massage! Highly recomended to stay here!

Mosquitos :(

This is a new resort and we stayed here twice as we were pleased with the room, comfortable beds and vibe. The location is down a side road and away from the bustle of the busy street. Its a little walk to the beach but they can get you there in the cart. Good breakfast very nice family run and we fell in love with the most friendly dog on the island there kiki!!!

The people working there are super nice - very nice property , clean rooms - delicious breakfast and lots of food options around . Definetely recommended in you come visit phu quoc

The staff at the reception Ms.Mai and Mr.Toan, provided an excellent service during my stay and I was happy with that. It's a small resort nearby all services such as laundry grocery restaurants motorbikes rental.. etc. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good, they provided free breakfast, 60 minutes massage and one way transportation to airport, absolutely value for money!

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Everything was as described online. The shuttle to the beach was a game changer with small children however, it really isn't far and you go past lots of eateries and massage/nail salons on the way. I loved the mix of fruits and egg selection for breakfast (along with other options of rice or noodles each day). The pool and rooms were lovely and clean. The water pressure was good and the Aircon worked well. Thank you so much for our stay, we will certainly recommend staying here.

The only thing I would say is that I don't think there is a need to change linen and towels everyday. You could give guests the option..every little helps in regards to the environment although, it was ofcourse appreciated.

Good value for money, friendly very helpful staff, comfortable rooms, nice pool, fairly good breakfast variety, quiet surroundings. While there was a bit of a walk to the main road or beach, you didn't have to if you didn't want to: they have an included, on-demand golf cart and will drive you to and from the main road or beach when you want.

Great resort at a quiet location, but close to the beach and restaurants. Lush garden, very nice pool and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Tasty breakfast. All staff are amazing and go out of their way to help with everything you need including local tour organization.

Wonderful place to spend your vacation on Phu Quoc. Super kind employees, delicious breakfast and a splendid room - we couldn’t have wished for more.

It was a relaxing property, if you want to be away from the hustle & bustle and just relax by the pool - this is a good location.

The location is kind of deep in the alleyway, around 7 minute walk to the Main Street. And about 13 - 15 minute walk away from the beach.
